Kristina (Krissy) McKenna is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins. Krissy specializes in intellectual property and sports antitrust litigation. 

Krissy has extensive experience litigating cases in district and appellate courts representing clients across industries, including sports, media and entertainment, medical devices, biotechnology, academia, cybersecurity, semiconductors, and audio and telecommunications.

Krissy has been a lead associate at each stage of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, motion practice, fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing in federal court, pre-trial filings, trial, post-trial briefing, and appeals. Krissy’s litigation experience, strategic insight, and client service have earned her recognition from Boston Magazine as a “Top Lawyer.”

Krissy maintains an active pro bono practice, representing veterans and individuals seeking asylum. She also co-teaches a course with Judge Stark (Fed. Cir.) on intellectual property litigation in federal court at The George Washington University Law School.

Krissy served as a law clerk to Judge Leonard P. Stark at the US District Court for the District of Delaware and to Judge Kathleen M. O’Malley at the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Krissy is also registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
