Kristine is an associate in the Finance Department of the London office of Latham & Watkins, and is a member of the Structured Finance & Securitization Practice.

Ms. Kozicki represents a wide range of financial institutions on structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on collateralised loan obligation transactions (CLOs). She has experience advising a number of leading global CLO managers and bank arrangers on various warehouse financings, new issuances, resets, and refinancings, and has acted on a range of risk retention structures and the related financing arrangements.

Ms. Kozicki’s transactional experience includes advising:

  • Blackstone Ireland on all of its European CLO transactions since 2014, together with its related resets, refinancings, and liquidations*
  • Blackstone Credit on the ongoing operation of its debt investment business, the related financing arrangements, and its more than US$1 billion London Stock Exchange listed fund, BGLF*
