  • Adani Group on its CHF6.4 billion acquisition of Holcim’s stake in Ambuja Cements and ACC, two India-based cement companies
  • BenevolentAI, a UK-based clinical-stage AI drug discovery company, on its €1.5 billion business combination with Odyssey Acquisition S.A., a special purpose acquisition company 
  • International Management Group, an Endeavor company, on its acquisition of Madrid Trophy Promotion, a Spain-based operator of Mutua Madrid Open tennis tournament and the Acciona Open de España golf tournament
  • A lead investor in PrimaryBid’s (an FCA-regulated online platform connecting retail investors with listed companies on equity offerings) US$190 million Series C funding round
  • Cazoo, a British online car retailer, on its £240 million Series D funding round*
  • HSBC Continental Europe on the potential sale of its French retail banking business to Cerebus-backed My Money Group*
  • London Stock Exchange Group plc on its US$27 billion acquisition of Refinitiv from a consortium led by Blackstone and Thomson Reuters*
  • Aon plc on its redomiciliation from the UK to Ireland and internal reorganisation*
  • General Atlantic on the sale of 50% of its stake in Argus Media, a global energy and commodity price reporting agency*
  • Novartis AG on the spin-off of Alcon, its eye-care device business*
