  • Saudi Research and Media Group on the acquisition of a 51% stake in Thmanyah Company for Publishing and Distribution
  • Ayyan Investment Company in connection with the acquisition of a minority stake in Al-Ahsa Medical Services Company by way of a capital increase in accordance with the regulations of the Capital Market Authority
