Luca also advises public companies on buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, equity and debt offerings, and public company reporting matters.
Luca received his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, he served as a senior editor of the Southern California Law Review and was an LLM Legal Writing Fellow.
Before attending law school, Luca competed as a division 1 college tennis player at the University of California, Irvine, where he served as team captain for two years.
