Lydia Bitsakou is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Ms. Bitsakou advises clients on all areas of EU and international competition law, with specific experience in multijurisdictional merger control clearances, behavioral cases, antitrust litigation, as well as regulatory issues.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Bitsakou worked as an associate in the competition practice of another international law firm in Brussels.

  • OCI on its fertilizer partnership with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company*
  • Google on merger control and abuse of dominance proceedings, including investigations related to its Android and AdTech businesses* 
  • Sony Corporation on its application before the General Court against a €30 million cartel fine in the optical disc drives sector*
