Madison P. Venezia

Madison Venezia is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice. 

Madison represents issuers and financial institutions in a range of debt and equity capital markets transactions. She earned her JD from Rutgers Law School–Camden where she participated in and served on the board of Rutgers Law School's Hunter Appellate Advocacy competition.
