Margaret Rote is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice.

Margaret’s practice focuses on healthcare regulatory matters in the context of corporate transactions and regulatory counseling matters. Her experience includes providing healthcare regulatory guidance on private equity-sponsored and strategic mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, financings, and other contractual arrangements involving a wide range of healthcare provider and life sciences companies.  She also advises both established and emerging companies in the life sciences industry on healthcare regulatory considerations and the impact of legal and policy developments.
