Mark Goldberg oversees mental and physical well-being strategy, education, and programming across the firm.
Mark has spent over two decades in the multinational legal sector. He started his career as a Latham lawyer focusing on complex commercial litigation and antitrust matters before transitioning into a full-time management role running the firm’s internal communications function. In 2009, Mark led the communications strategy for the firm’s first global wellness initiative, which in 2010 evolved into LiveWell Latham, the firm’s comprehensive health and well-being platform. In 2013, Mark assumed full-time management of the firm’s mental and physical well-being strategy, expanding its focus on mental health, resilience, chronic condition management, musculoskeletal issues, and other areas. He is a frequent presenter and public speaker and runs global trainings on topics from mental health and self-care to ergonomics, health resources, and well-being strategy.
A graduate of Cornell University and NYU Law School, Mark has been awarded numerous distinctions related to internal communications, employee relations, and health and wellness programming. He began his career as a high school teacher in Japan.
