Martha Anderson is a corporate associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies & Growth Practice.

She represents US and international-based startups, emerging growth companies, and venture capital investors involved in technology, life sciences, beauty and consumer product, and other growth industries.

Martha advises clients on a full range of transactions and general corporate matters, including:

Martha received her JD, magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where she was recognized as a G. Joseph Tauro Distinguished Scholar. While in law school, Martha was a member of the Boston University Law Review and a First-Year Lawyering Program fellow. She also interned for Judge F. Dennis Saylor IV at the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. 

Martha is passionate about her pro bono work, which includes extensive work volunteering with the Election Protection hotline in a variety of leadership roles as well as volunteer work with the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition.
