Mason Taylor is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Mason represents public and private companies, venture funds, and private equity investors in a range of complex transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, capital markets offerings, and shareholder activism defense.
