A pragmatic and creative problem solver, Matthew supports clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a fund. He regularly represents sponsors in the formation and structuring of US and global private investment vehicles, including buyout funds, credit and other debt funds, energy and infrastructure funds, growth and venture capital funds, and co-investment funds.
