Matthew Green

Matthew Green is an associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins.

Matthew earned his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He served as a law clerk with the US Environmental Protection Agency, as a judicial extern for a judge on the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as a law clerk for the University of Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel, and as an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. Prior to law school, Matthew worked in private equity and real estate.
