  • Ares Management on acquiring a controlling interest in Lavie Group (dba The Lockwood Group), a healthcare communications firm
  • Authentic Brands Group on acquiring the Nautica brand business of VF Corporation, a provider of men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel and accessories
  • CVC Capital Partners on acquiring a majority stake in Teneo, an advisory and consulting firm
  • GFL Environmental on its: 
    • US$835 million acquisition of assets from Waste Management and Advanced Disposal Services        
    • Acquisition of Sprint Waste Services, a vertically integrated waste management solutions provider
    • Acquisition of the solid waste management and recycling business of Peoria Disposal Company and its affiliates
    • Sale of landfill and waste collection assets in Illinois and Minnesota to LRS Recycling
  • Leonard Green & Partners on its:
    • Sale of ExamWorks, a provider of independent medical exam and review services, to CVC Capital Partners
    • Acquisition of WCG Market Intelligence & Insights, a provider of regulatory and ethical review services for human research
    • Acquisition of Service Logic, a provider of aftermarket maintenance, repair, and replacement services for commercial HVAC equipment
    • Sale of RestorixHealth, a company focused on amputation prevention, wound management, and hyperbaric medicine, to American Medical Technologies
    • US$5.2 billion business combination of Advantage Solution with Conyers Park II Acquisition Corp.
  • The Lockwood Group, an Ares portfolio company, on acquiring Random42, a UK-based digital healthcare agency
  • Odyssey Investment Partners on its:
    • US$780 million sale of EAG, a materials science testing services provider, to Eurofins Scientific
    • Sale of the US operations of portfolio company Integro Group Holdings, an insurance broker and consulting firm, to Edgewood Partners Insurance Center
  • WindRose Health Investors on multiple transactions
