Matthias Haberstig is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Mr. Haberstig advises corporate clients, investment banks, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in public and private debt and equity offerings and acquisition financing, with an emphasis on issuances of high yield debt securities, including private placements, restructurings, and liability management transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Haberstig completed an LLM at Columbia Law School in New York, clerked at a district court in Switzerland, and worked for a Swiss law firm in Zurich.
