Maurice earned his JD from Duke University, where he served as a notes editor for the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and served on Duke’s Moot Court Board. While at Duke, Maurice also received his Master of Public Policy from the Sanford School of Public Policy. Maurice clerked for Judge Amy St. Eve of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
