Maya Rahwanji is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Maya represents public and private companies and strategic investors on a wide range of transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and minority investments, and general corporate matters, across a variety of industries.
Maya serves on Latham’s Women Lawyer Group as a local co-leader in the New York office and maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum and low-income individuals seeking benefits and other assistance.
While attending Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Maya served as the managing editor for the Journal of International Law and Business.
