- Natixis on the US$100 million prepayment finance facility being extended by a consortium of lenders with Natixis as arranger to Cocoa Touton Processing Company Ghana in relation to its processing and storage business and subsequent amendments and restatements of the said facility*
- BNP Paribas on provision of working capital facilities to corporate borrowers in emerging markets*
- Lonmin plc on the restructuring and refinancing of its US$400 million and ZAR banking facilities ahead of the successful 2015 rescue rights issue*
- A private equity fund on refinancing of its working capital debt facilities*
*Deal completed prior to joining Latham
