Megan Lich is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice.

Megan’s practice focuses on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters spanning the healthcare services, life sciences, and digital health sectors. Megan advises clients on compliance considerations, including fraud and abuse laws, corporate practice of medicine, licensing and certification, and corporate governance. She also advises emerging companies on market access and reimbursement strategies.

Megan maintains an active pro bono practice and serves as pro bono liaison to Legal Aid D.C., a non-profit legal services organization in the District of Columbia.

Prior to joining the firm, Megan earned her JD from the George Washington University Law School. She was a member of the George Washington Law Review and the GW Law Moot Court Board.
