Melanie was named a Class Action MVP by Law360 and a Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation for her success in resolving high-stakes consumer class actions, and The Recorder named her a Woman Leader in Tech Law for the second year in a row.
Melanie serves as a Global Vice Chair of Latham’s Retail & Consumer Products Industry Group and Co-Chair of the Bay Area Litigation & Trial Department and previously served as the local leader of Latham's Bay Area Women Enriching Business (WEB) Committee. She is also a member of the Advisory Committee for the International Center for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR).
