Michael Biondi is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining the firm full-time, Mr. Biondi was a summer associate in the New York office.

Mr. Biondi earned his JD magna cum laude from Duke University School of Law, where he served as an articles editor on the Duke Law Journal and externed in the Office of the Legal Adviser at the US Department of State. His student note, “Building Trust(s): Rethinking Asset Return in Kleptocracy Forfeitures,” was published in Volume 72 of the Duke Law Journal. 

Prior to law school, Mr. Biondi worked in foreign policy for the US Department of State in Washington, D.C.
