  • PSG Equity on the acquisition of Visit Group, a Sweden-based hospitality technology company
  • Octopus Ventures as lead investor in Pivotal’s £4.5 million seed round
  • Azora Capital, on its US$13.5 million strategic minority stake in Abatable, a carbon procurement and market intelligence platform for the voluntary carbon market
  • Epiris on the acquisition of LoneStar Group, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of high-performance fasteners, sealing products, precision-engineered components, and pipeline packages for the world’s industrial and energy markets
  • Vivo Energy, a subsidiary of Vitol, on the acquisition of a 74% stake in Engen, a South Africa-based company that refines crude oil and markets petroleum and related products
  • Solicitation agent on Ukraine’s US$20 billion debt restructuring and consent solicitations relating to its outstanding Eurobonds and GDP-linked securities
