Margaret “Molly” Babad is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Molly represents public and private companies across a variety of sectors in internal investigations and litigation.
Molly maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on criminal appeals and incarcerated individuals.
Prior to joining the firm, Molly clerked for Justice John Couriel of the Florida Supreme Court. While in law school, she served as a research assistant in Harvard’s Environmental & Energy Law Program, researching corporate governance and environmental standards.
Prior to law school, Molly worked as a commercial boat captain and taught marine science.
