Molly Elizabeth Nelson

Molly Nelson is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Molly advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies in a broad range of corporate transactions.

While in law school, Molly co-founded The University of Chicago Business Law Review and sat on its inaugural board as executive editor. She was also a member of the Corporate Lab, a transactional-focused clinic, working on a range of business and regulatory challenges for multinational companies.
