Molly Rosen is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Rosen served as a law clerk to Magistrate Judges Zia M. Faruqui, G. Michael Harvey, Robin M. Meriweather, and Moxila A. Upadhyaya of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

Ms. Rosen received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as solicitations editor for the Georgetown Law Technology Review, and acted as a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic. She also externed for Judge Paul L. Friedman of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and for the Department of Justice’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section.

Prior to law school, Ms. Rosen worked as a paralegal at a law firm and at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
