Nancy (Yiyun) Zhu is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Zhu represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and financial institutions in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Zhu maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes advising not-for-profit organizations on entity formation, corporate governance, and intellectual property matters.

While attending Harvard Law School, Ms. Zhu served as the co-president of the Harvard Association for Law and Business. 

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Zhu was a summer associate in the Silicon Valley office.
