Natalie DeLave is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Natalie represents clients in white collar enforcement actions, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes defending and advising clients in the healthcare, waste management, technology, and other corporate industries.

Prior to joining the Latham, Natalie was a litigation and white collar associate at another international firm. She received her JD from Notre Dame Law School in 2018, magma cum laude, where she served as the managing editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation. She was also a judicial intern for Judge Manish S. Shah in the Northern District of Illinois and Judge Robert L. Miller, Jr. in the Northern District of Indiana.

Natalie’s experience includes representing:

  • A medical device company in an internal investigation of sales and marketing practices and corporate executive conduct
  • A medical waste management company in a DOJ civil investigation
  • A contract research company in an internal investigation of its healthcare trials
  • A pharmacy in a state attorney general investigation of HIPAA practices
  • A privately-owned sports entertainment company in an internal investigation of alleged employee misconduct
  • A pharmaceutical company in litigation against competitors for false advertising claims
