Nicholas Hazen

Nicholas Hazen is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.  

Prior to joining Latham, Nicholas was a summer associate in the firm’s New York office.  

Nicholas represents institutional and individual clients across various industries, including financial institutions and public and private companies, in government investigations and disputes involving securities laws, and complex commercial matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on immigration matters.  

While attending the University of Michigan Law School, Nicholas served as notes editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform.
