Nick Steele

Nick Steele is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Nick represents private equity funds and REITs in corporate real estate matters across asset classes across a variety of industries. His practice includes but is not limited to:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Leasing
• Sale leaseback transactions
• Single asset and portfolio financings
• Commercial mortgage loans
• Joint ventures

Nick plays an active role in numerous community organizations and nonprofits, including the Sephardic Bikur Holim and the Great Big Yellow House, based in Flatbush, Brooklyn, where he serves as a mentor to families in need.

Nick worked as an intern for the US Senate before his legal career.
