LS Power in a Term Loan B financing in connection with 744 megawatt combined-cycle natural gas-fired power generation facility in West Deptford, New Jersey
A financial institution in the financing of a sponsor’s investment in a midstream oil and gas company in Alberta, Canada
The lead arrangers in a US$247 million financing in connection with a 600-MW natural gas-fired power generation facility in San Diego County, California
The note purchasers in connection with a 4(a)(2) private placement related to a project financing of a liquefied natural gas company located in Australia
Lenders in connection with a refinancing a portfolio of wind projects located in Colorado and Wyoming
