Noah Lipshut is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Noah advises listed and private companies and financial investors (including private equity and venture capital firms) on a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Noah practiced at a leading Australian law firm and has been recognized as a Rising Star in the area of corporate law in Victoria, Australia.

Noah's experience includes advising:
