Noah N. Ruzi

Noah Ruzi is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Noah advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including registered public offerings, venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters.

Prior to law school, Noah served in the United States Army as an officer in the Army Medical Department.
