Oscar Bjartell is an associate in the Data and Technology Transactions Practice of Latham & Watkins’ London office. Oscar advises clients on global data privacy, commercial contracts, intellectual property licensing, and technology matters.
Oscar's client base covers international clients from a broad range of sectors, including information technology, private equity, and healthcare and life sciences.
Oscar trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in acquisition and leveraged finance and complex commercial litigation, in addition to the Technology Transactions Practice. Oscar also spent time on international secondment to Latham & Watkins’ Singapore office where he advised regional clients on GDPR compliance and outsourcing matters.
