Rachel Samuels is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Samuels represents clients in a range of complex commercial litigation and government investigations.
Ms. Samuels completed her JD, cum laude, at Boston University, where she was recognized as an Edward F. Hennessy Distinguished Scholar. She served as an editor of Boston University School of Law’s Journal of Science & Technology Law, won Best Brief in Region 1 of the National Moot Court Competition, and was a finalist in the Homer Albers Prize Moot Court Competition. She interned at the Civil Rights Division of the US Department of Justice and completed externships with Justice Kafker in the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor.
