    Rebecca Pecora is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

    Prior to joining Latham full-time, Rebecca was a summer associate in the New York office. She maintains an active pro bono practice through Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.

    Rebecca received her JD from Duke University School of Law. Prior to law school, she earned her BS from the University of Florida.

    Rebecca's experience includes advising:

    • Skydance Media in its pending merger with Paramount to form “New Paramount” at an enterprise value of approximately US$28 billion and Skydance at US$4.75 billion
    • Endeavor in its pending US$13 billion sale to Silver Lake
    • Fubo on its agreement with The Walt Disney Company to combine with Hulu + Live TV
    • Manchester United in its sale of an approximately 30% equity interest to Sir Jim Ratcliffe for US$1.6 billion
    • TPG in its acquisition of Grandview Entertainment in partnership with Untitled Entertainment
    • EverPass Media, a RedBird Capital Partners portfolio company, in its acquisition of UPshow and investment by TKO Group Holdings
    • Astorg Partners on the sale of its portfolio company Anaqua, an IP management software business, to Nordic Capital
    • Apollo in its proposed US$3.6 billion take-private acquisition of Barnes Group
