Rebecca Reeve is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.
She advises clients on corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Reeve received her law degree from Boston University School of Law, where she was a note development editor on the Boston University International Law Journal. Additionally, she holds an LL.M. degree from the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas.
