Rebekah represents distressed public and private companies, lenders, creditors, and shareholders across various industries on complex restructuring and insolvency matters.

She represents clients in:

  • Out-of-court financial and operational restructurings
  • Chapter 15 and cross-border restructurings
  • Bankruptcy-related litigation

Prior to joining Latham full time, Rebekah was a summer associate in the New York office.

  • Audacy Inc., the second largest US radio broadcaster, and certain affiliates in their pre-negotiated chapter 11 proceedings
  • A retail chain for organization products, and certain affiliates in their pre-packaged chapter 11 proceedings
  • Vital Pharmaceuticals, the maker of Bang Energy beverage, and certain affiliates in chapter 11 proceedings and the sale of substantially all of Vital’s assets to an affiliate of Monster Beverage Corporation
  • MOD Pizza, a 500+ restaurant pizza chain, in its out-of-court merger with Elite Restaurant Group
  • DSM-Firmenich, a worldwide leader in life and materials sciences, as a secured lender, equity holder, and major trade counterparty of debtor Amyris, Inc. in its chapter 11 proceedings
  • The joint liquidators of Three Arrows Capital, Ltd, one of the major cryptocurrency hedge funds, in their liquidation proceedings and chapter 15 cases
  • Creditor and shareholder of Appgate, Inc. in its chapter 11 proceedings
  • Monitronics International (d/b/a Brinks), one of the leading US home security companies, and certain affiliates in prepackaged chapter 11 cases
