Richard Steven Burks

Ricky Burks is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Burks represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in debt financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisition financings, asset-based facilities, and subordinated debt facilities.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Burks was a summer associate in the New York office.

While attending Duke University School of Law, Mr. Burks served as the research editor for the Duke Journal of Gender Law & Policy.
