Saisha Mediratta is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Saisha assists clients in a variety of litigation matters including privacy, antitrust, and intellectual property claims.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Saisha was a summer associate in the New York office.
Saisha maintains an active pro bono practice focused on advocacy for survivors of domestic violence and asylum seekers.
Saisha received her JD from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a Kent Scholar. While at Columbia, Saisha served as the Executive Director of the Specialized Moot Court Program and competed with and coached the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Moot Court Team.
Saisha attended Georgetown University School of Foreign Service where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.S. in International Political Economy and minors in Spanish and Women and Gender Studies.
