Sam Shropshire

Sam Shropshire is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Sam represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and the investment, acquisition, and sale of professional sports and entertainment assets.

Sam earned his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was co-president of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society. Prior to law school, Sam competed as a collegiate and professional tennis player.
