Samantha Bitter is a corporate associate in the Century City office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies & Growth Practice.

Samantha represents startups and other emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles, including corporate formation, structuring and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance. She advises clients on a variety of transactions within the technology and life sciences sectors, such as consumer internet, biotech, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology companies, in addition to a number of leading venture capital firms.

While in law school, Samantha interned for HubSpot, Inc. and participated in the Boston College Law School Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic, where she provided legal advice to emerging companies.
