Sam Sosa is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Sam represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds in internal investigations, class action litigation, and antitrust regulatory matters.

She advises clients on a variety of transactions within entertainment, healthcare, construction, technologies, and financial industries.

Sam maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum in partnership with Sanctuary for Families, New York Legal Assistance Group, and HIAS.

She also serves as a mentor for the Yale Launchpad Scholars Program.

While in law school, Sam served as a board member for the JD-MBA Association and the Latinx Law Student Association. She also served as a Judicial Extern for the Northern District of Illinois, and worked as a research assistant within the racial and disability justice space.

Prior to law school, Sam was a senior consultant advising on M&A transactions to Latin American corporations.
