Sara Almousa is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to working for Latham full-time, Ms. Almousa held legal internships at Towers Watson & Co. and a local Virginia law firm. In addition, she volunteered as a legal intake volunteer at the Employment Justice Center.

While attending law school at George Mason, Ms. Almousa was the Senior Research Editor for The George Mason Law Review and for her writing was awarded the Adrian S. Fisher Award for Best Student Article and the 1st Place Award for the Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni’s (ASECA) 2017 Securities Law Writing Competition.

Prior to law school, Ms. Almousa earned her BA in Public Policy and Leadership from the University of Virginia. She received the honor of being a Lawn Resident in her fourth year and graduated with high distinction.
