Sarah Wang is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department of the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins. Sarah represents clients primarily on patent litigation, with particular focus on Hatch-Waxman litigation. She has experience in taking and defending fact witness depositions, handling various aspects of fact and expert discovery, drafting dispositive motions and briefs, and preparing witnesses for depositions and trial testimony.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Sarah practiced in New York and represented pharmaceutical companies in all stages of litigation, including at trial. During law school, Sarah was editor-in-chief of the John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law (RIPL) and was a teaching assistant for IP legal writing.

Sarah currently serves on the board of the Richard Linn American Inn of Court.

Sarah is a member of the Illinois, New York and New Jersey bars, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
