    • Acquiring a majority stake in Care Advantage, an at-home care provider
  • Shingle Acquisition on an amendment to a revolving credit facility for SRS Distribution, a roofing distribution company, and SRS’s acquisition of pool distribution group FWEP Parent
  • ArchiMed on a term loan and revolving credit facility to acquire Natus Medical, a provider of medical device solutions to screen, diagnose, and treat disorders affecting the brain, neural pathways, and eight sensory nervous systems
  • Leonard Green & Partners on acquiring Epiphany Dermatology, a provider of medical, surgical, cosmetic, and related dermatological services
