Shahar Gonen is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Shahar advises public company clients on corporate, securities, and governance issues, including compliance with Exchange Act disclosure requirements, proxy rules, insider trading rules, stock exchange governance rules, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and related regulations.

Her clients include both US companies and foreign private issuers that are listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq, across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on technology, financial services, life sciences, and retail.

Prior to joining Latham, Shahar was a corporate associate at a leading international law firm.
