Shane P. Alexander is an associate in the Finance Department of the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Shane’s practice focuses on representing banks, investors and other institutional lenders, as well as equity sponsors, corporations and other borrowers in a wide range of domestic and international financing transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, syndicated financings, acquisition financings, asset-based and working capital financings, restructurings and workouts.
