Sharon Yin

Sharon Yin is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.

Sharon represents investment banks, commercial banks, private debt funds, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged financings and acquisition financings.  

Sharon currently serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. She maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily representing individuals seeking asylum and non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Sharon worked in the banking and finance practice in the Sydney office of a major international law firm.
