Shiyuan (Sally) Wu

Sally Wu is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Sally represents public and private companies in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

She advises clients on a variety of transactions within the life sciences, technology, and financial services industries.

She currently serves as a local leader of the firm’s Asian & Middle Eastern Lawyers Group. 

Prior to joining Latham, Sally was a mergers and acquisitions associate in the New York office of another leading international law firm. She obtained her JD from New York University School of Law.
