Stefan Vujacic is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice. 

Stefan advises sponsors, corporate borrowers, financial institutions, and private credit funds on a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, take-privates, syndicated financings, unitranche financings, bank/bond financings, payment-in-kind and holdco financings, portfolio financings, and structuring and advisory work. 

Stefan maintains an active pro bono practice, having represented clients at risk of homelessness through the Justice Connect Homeless Law Centre and miscarriage of justice applications with the APPEAL Triage Project.

Stefan has also authored a number of papers on finance law, including for the International Bar Association and SAI Global.  

Stefan’s experience includes advising:

  • Superbet Group on the senior unitranche financing of its expansion into the Brazil gaming market
  • Ah hoc group of lenders to the Triton-sponsored Arvos Group in respect of the restructure and refinancing of the group’s existing debt facilities
  • Brookfield Asset Management on the financing of its £4 billion for the take-private acquisition of FTSE 100 business, HomeServe group, the largest sponsor-backed UK P2P of 2022*
  • Brookfield Asset Management the financing (conventional and Murabaha) of its £2.2 billion take-private acquisition of FTSE 250 business, Network International PLC*
  • Hg on the unitranche and super senior financing of its acquisition of TrustQuay group*
  • Private credit lenders to Astrog on the financing of Astorg’s £2.2 billion acquisition of Corden Pharma*
